Here is one of our clients taking his nutrition to the next level. We posted a couple weeks back about how we cleaned out his pantry that was full of junk. He texted me this morning his breakfast and I was impressed with his dedication and assertiveness in creating a healthy menu for himself and more importantly cooking for himself!
