We have been yelling in fact screaming for the longest time about the dangers of sugar. Here is another piece of evidence that resonates our call to action to significantly limit excess sugar intake.
As always decide for yourself but its is getting harder and harder to ignore the mounting evidence.
For 2017 your resolution shouldn’t be the generic “lose weight and go to the gym”; make your resolution to reduce your sugar intake and guess what will happen? You WILL lose weight, you WILL have more energy, You WILL have reduced a major risk factor to your overall health, you WILL help lessen the psychological addiction to the over the counter drug we call sugar; you WILL most importantly help your children and family realize they need to make changes and quite possibly extend and or save them from obesity, depression, and all the other ancillary detrimental effects excess sugar consumption causes.
