Pediatricians take aim at juice: It ‘has no essential role in healthy, balanced diets of children’

Hey “The Team No Excuses Fans”

Remember this quote:

Fruit juice,” the Academy of pediatricians says, “has no essential role in healthy, balanced diets of children.”

So we posted an article a while back regarding the dangers of consuming fruit juice for kids and adults. This article below with the most important contributions from pediatricians adds further credibility to what we have been saying to clients, parents, and everyone who has asked us our opinion on JUICE drinks which are NON-ESSENTIAL! Moreover the sugar content can create an unconscious dependency on consuming sugar that is similar to drinking excess soda.

More importantly for this post juice is NOT necessary for kids or adults at all! There is as much or more sugar in fruit juice as sodas and parents, kids and everyone in between don’t consume juice in small portioned quantities labeled on the handy and convenient packaged juice bottle.

Stay happy, stay healthy and question everything!
